In Singapore, frog leg porridge is synonymous with Geylang. Whenever you think of having frog legs, the first instinct will be at Geylang. However, in recent years, frog leg porridge outlets have also sprouted outside the Geylang neighbourhood.
At Geylang, I frequent G7 Sinma Live Seafood for frog legs porridge. The restaurant is located at the fringe of Geylang and near Kallang MRT station. There are two flavours to choose from: (1) Dried Chilli (Gong Bao) or (2) Spring Onion. I loved the Gong Bao sauce, as it was rich and spicy. The sauce with the plain congee was a perfect match. The frog legs were also freshly prepared. The frog legs tasted like chicken, so there is nothing to fear.

The omelette with salted radish was a perfect complement to the porridge dish. The omelette exudes a very nice wok aroma (锅气) when the eggs were fried in very high heat. Eaten with Chinese parsley heightened the omelette by many folds.

Finally, chicken wings marmite was another must have when dining at G7 Sinma. The chicken wings were moist in the inside and a little crispy outside. The taste was superb as well.
