With these principles, the prices for its 12-inch pizzas are kept affordable in Singapore, ranging from $20 to $29. An Italy-imported wood-fired oven – the same kind used at all of Roberta’s outlets – is installed at its flagship store in Singapore.

Using traditional sweet-tart, vibrant tomato sauces and sprinkled with fresh basil herbs is all you need for a great Margherita Pizza. The thin, chewy crust was delightful.

The Famous Original features tomato, mozzarella, parmigiano, gourd-shaped caciocavallo cheese, oregano and chilli.

This House Bread reminds me of Poori, a deep-fried bread made from unleavened whole-wheat flour that originated in the Indian subcontinent.
